Regenerating Australia by Damon Gameau

What would Australia look like in 2030 if we simply listened to the needs of its people? Regenerating Australia is the latest film from Damon Gameau, the award-winning director of 2040 and That Sugar Film

After the film we will have a short discussion including what the next steps might be in achieving our vision of a safe climate for all.

Join us and hear from experts:

  • Bruce Robertson, (energy finance analyst at IEEFA) who will speak of the faulty economics and impact of the ‘gas-fired recovery’ and the role of gas in the coming years.

  • Saul Griffith, (inventor, and author of The Big Switch) who will inspire us with the breadth of opportunities facing Australia in an abundant renewables future.

  • Freja Leonard, (climate activist, Lock the Gate) who will demonstrate how a community campaign can stop gas.

Q&A with our Expert Panel

The webinar moderator, Naomi Hogan from 350.org, will facilitate a Q&A session when audience members can submit questions to our panel of experts. Your questions can be submitted anytime throughout the presentations.
