Karrina Nolan is from Yorta Yorta nation in Victoria. She has worked alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women and communities and led programs and campaigns with a focus on First Nations peoples for over 20 years. She has most recently been fighting for land justice and protecting country against fracking and resource extraction in the Northern Territory and standing with the Wangan and Jagalingou people in central Queensland.
Karrina is working on building the power of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities for self-determination in the context of mining, economic development and climate change.
